We want you to love your purchase from Infinity Living. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms:

Condition of Returns

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all components included.
   
• The product must be in resalable condition (free from damage, wear, or modifications).
   
• Proof of purchase is required (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
   

• Custom or made-to-order lighting fixtures.
   
• Clearance items.
   
• Installed, altered, or damaged products.
   

1. Contact Us at info@infinityliving.com.au within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return.
    
2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
    
3. Ship the item back securely via a registered courier or postal service with tracking information. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

 All returns must be sent via a registered courier or postal service with tracking. 

In-person returns are not accepted.  Returns sent without prior approval or delivered in person will not be accepted.
 

• Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
   
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
   
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
   

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a brief description. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
